Adjust Square provides AI-powered contents estimation software designed for insurance adjusters and inventory teams. Our services include Contents Inventory (mobile app) and Contents Estimation (web portal) for creating accurate, professional estimates.

3. User Accounts

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription and Payment

Our services are provided on a subscription basis:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly per seat
• Payment is due in advance of each billing period
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis
• You may cancel your subscription at any time

8. Service Availability

While we strive to provide reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or terminate service for maintenance, updates, or security reasons. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adjust Square shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
